1. Usage
Copyright remains with Igelkott Film AB; customers purchase a license for limited use.
By checking the box “I have read and agreed to Igelkott Store’s terms and conditions” or by paying the invoice, the customer accepts these terms.
Media may be used after receiving an order confirmation, even if payment is pending.
The license covers all media formats, worldwide, in perpetuity, with no geographic or time limitations.
The license applies to one project, including different versions, cuts, and edits, including promotional materials such as trailers and social media content.
For reuse in new projects, contact sales@igelkottstore.com.
Customers may edit the media and combine it with other elements.
If used in the opening sequence of a series, the license covers the entire season. For reuse in future seasons, a new license is required.
The license is transferable solely in connection with the transfer or sale of the entire project or film to another entity. The transferred license only applies to the media as it appears in the original licensed project.
2. Cancellation
Purchases are final and non-refundable. Download and review samples before purchasing.
Exceptions apply in cases of accidental duplicate purchases, reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed on the order confirmation or provided quote.
All payments are net; any withholding taxes must be fully covered by the client.
Payment terms are 10 days (net) for invoices.
Prices may change without notice; confirmed orders retain agreed prices.
Prices are listed in local currency and may include applicable taxes.
4. Penalties
Unauthorized use of media results in a penalty of 5 times the media's cost.
5. Disputes
Disputes will be handled in Swedish courts under Swedish law.
6. Credits (Optional)
Crediting Igelkott Film AB is appreciated but optional. If credited, please include:
