Data deletion instructions

This page explains how to delete the personal data that IgelkottPlates (operated by Igelkott Studios AB) holds about you, including data we received when you signed in with Facebook, Google, or other social-login providers.

What gets deleted

Customer-account preferences: liked plates, saved plates, recently viewed clips, free-demo history.
Pending follow-up emails (e.g. download reminders).

What is retained

Your Shopify customer record and email — kept so order history remains accessible. To remove these, email us using the instructions below.
Order and invoice records — kept for 7 years per Swedish accounting law (Bokföringslagen 1999:1078). After that they are anonymised.
Server log lines containing your customer ID — rotated and purged after the standard retention window.

Delete now (self-service)

If you are signed in, click the button below. We immediately clear your account preferences and cancel pending follow-ups. If you are not signed in, you will see a sign-in link instead.

Send an email to sales@igelkottplates.com from the email address registered on your IgelkottPlates account.
Include the subject line "Delete my IgelkottPlates account".
We confirm receipt within 30 days and complete erasure within the GDPR Art. 12 statutory period (no later than one month from request).
